Commentary By Miles
It's
been over 7 1/2 years now that most of this web site has been up and
running, available for all to read free of charge. Now, I'm
slowly going through the pages and updating them as needed, adding
new photos, and organizing the site for easier searching, which
the Site Index has done. The
Photo Index allows viewing of larger
images by themselves, as they are often shrunk to fit on web pages
for faster downloading.
Our
goal has been to make this web site a complete, illustrated survival
guide for the New Millennium. The text and photos on this site should be
enough to convince you of two things: (1) Preparation for future
catastrophes is necessary; and (2) it should be obvious that I
take the self-reliant lifestyle seriously. What is presented on
this site is not an exercise in theoretical concepts, but rather
the representation of what we do ourselves. I'm not alone
in these preps. There are many excellent articles by
Farmerik, who has different information on gardening and some
other subjects because he lives on the opposite side of the
country from me in Connecticut. Hal Walter, the dean of
survivalists, has written many articles on advanced shelter
construction and other similar topics. These articles can be
found in the Site Index.
Those
of you who are prepared can survive power outages, unemployment,
and natural disasters. In the event of civil disobedience, or
the alternative (or corollary?), Martial Law, you won't have to go out of the
house for supplies. You will be ready for most anything.
If
you have not prepared, I urge you to start now. Virtually everything
you need to know to begin preparations is here. For more advanced
levels of preparation, my booklets
and CD's are available and are very
inexpensive.
Keeping a web site as extensive as EndTimesReport.com on the
Internet and improving it is both time consuming and expensive.
To help defray those costs, I now sell kerosene heater wicks at my
Wick Shop and have
a Survival Shop. The
small display ads for those sales pages are relatively discreet,
but must be placed on the individual pages so readers can find
them. There are other small, discreet ads on most pages, the
same kind as on many web sites.

The
Watchman
2. Son of man, speak to
the children of thy people, and say unto them, When I bring the
sword upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their
coasts, and set him for their watchman:
3. if when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he
blow the trumpet, and warn the people;
4. then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet,
and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his
blood shall be upon his own head.
5. He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not
warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning
shall deliver his soul.
6. But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow
not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come,
and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his
iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand.
7. ¶ So thou, O son of man, I have set thee a watchman
unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my
mouth, and warn them from me.
8. When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou
shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from
his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood
will I require at thine hand.
9. Nevertheless, if thou warn the wicked of his way to
turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his
iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.

33, Verses 2-9
