SHIPPING AND WARRANTY POLICIES
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Money Order or Cashier's Check are best. Personal checks must
clear bank before shipment. Of course PayPal is much faster.
PRICING POLICY: We
reserve the right to revise pricing due to inflation or a
fluctuating dollar at any time, without notice.
SHIPPING: We use USPS domestic deliveries, First Class mail for items weighing under 13 ounces, Priority Mail for items 14
ounces or more.
SHIPPING COST: The cost of shipping large orders may exceed the amount initially charged by PayPal. In such rare
cases, additional supplemental postage will be required prior to shipping. I reserve the right to cancel and refund orders at my option.
ADDRESSING:
It is your
obligation to make sure the package is being sent to
the right address. We use your PayPal address unless told
otherwise. If package is returned buyer to pay additional costs
to get it sent to the right place. If a package is lost because of an incorrect supplied address, we are not responsible for that loss.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For international orders delivery is via United States Postal Service Airmail - 1st Class or Priority.
There is no insurance for delivery via International First Class or
International Priority Mail. Express Mail must be paid for to have delivery insurance. Express Mail must be signed for upon delivery, and has en route tracking available. I will not be responsible if your postal carrier steals your
package of goodies sent via First Class or Priority Mail.
WARRANTY: Warranties
are as stated by individual manufacturers.
RETURNS: Damaged or missing items
must be reported within ten days of receipt of order. Returned
merchandise must be properly packaged in an appropriate container,
adequately insured, and accompanied by a letter including your
name and address. All returns must be authorized by Miles Stair,
and must have a copy of the original sales invoice.
A 20% RESTOCKING FEE OF ITEM COST WILL BE CHARGED
FOR ANY RETURNED ITEMS TO RECOVER MY COSTS FROM PAYPAL CHARGES AND
SHIPPING COSTS, at my option.
NOTICE: Miles Stair
shall not be liable for any injury or damage, direct or
consequential, relating to the misuse or inability to use our
products, including but not limited to wicks, writings, booklets,
book, website, LED flashlights, radios, razor knives, tools or
about anything else.
